I think the deal is done by the way people are talking. Scott Brown saying he can't wait to work with the new owners and sentinel saying they look forward to the new era. 2+2=5 But I think Smurf has sold pending FA approval.

A small list of things I don't want :

1) Promises they can't keep

2) Unrealistic Targets

3) Going into further unnecessary debt

4) Trying too hard too soon

A small list of things I would want :

1) Honesty and Integrity

2) A realistic long term plan

3) A realistic short term plan

4) An achievable plan to repay outstanding loans (their own mainly).

5) A reasonable ticket pricing structure.

6) A smaller squad with quality not quantity.

7) A manager who is given a reasonable budget and the freedom to use it as he wishes.

8) Time and patience from the supporters.

There's lots more of course, please feel free to add your own ideas/wishes.

I don't think its a big secret that it will be done Tuesday,i expect Askey to be announced at the same time tbh

Would be good to welcome them maybe have a friendly game- c/w sign up for season ticket open day etc before the players go on hols ,maybe mix reserves and first team players left if this is difficult.

let players mix with fans after give them a good send off ready for the start of pre-season as a whole club together.

Going forward ,

would be good as others have said if the club could offer incentives for young ,old (ie maybe offer a mini bus service and utilise any spare exec boxes),students, unemployed ,disability badge holders..if we can live off season ticket and presumed walk up on the day sales to try add value with others as mentioned both for the club, community and making a complete caring club..

Having said that i'm confidant the new owners will already have a plan.
