Monty's replacement, Ryan Campbell-Gordon has been pretty good. Confident, done his defensive duties well and seems very good going forward. Glad we've got him signed up.

Snidey marks? He’s always injured. Not sure what’s so snidey about people suggesting he’s injury prone. Which he is.

I wonder if Monty's bin on the creatine? I stopped taking it when I was power lifting because of getting muscle strains! It felt strange when it would happen it was like my muscles would tence up to tight! It would go off in a short time like a day or 2 but held me back a lot. Pluss it was dangerous when, in the middle of a 150 KG dedlift your carf would feel like it is on fire! I all so got it in my for arms to.

Second half assesment:

Bennett seemed to be dropping extremely deep almost playing as a centre mid at times. Hope that isn't a tactic as he doesn't look well suited too it. Took his goal well but he was an inch off the goal line.

I don't think Burgess touched the ball so hard to assess him.

Pope and worrall should have buried two sitters and Kwame had some very decent chances on the first which would have made the scoreline a fairer reflection of the game.

Overall impressed with the trialists particularly brown and thomas, Cullen of the new signings was the stand out. Lloyd also had a good game first half.

The rest of the new signings were, well let's just put it down to first game gitters as none of them particularly stood out or looked like an improvement on what we had last year. All in all a good work out, UTV

He was abysmal, unfit (as the half time run showed he was 30yards behind the rest) he wasn’t great holding the ball up and no classy touches or turns. Just another JJ Hooper type striker, bit of pace but nothing decent at this level
