Introducting John Askey

It seems to have gone unnoticed that John has not actually been "acknowledged" as our manager. He wasn't introduced to the crowd at his first home game in charge and hasn't been since.

 

I think a belated but official welcome to PVFC would be our chance to recognise his efforts and give him a warm round of applause, whether he stays around or not.

 

Maybe the next home game or the last one v Macclesfield.

Agreed. Genuinely believe that under the right ownership and John’s calm stewardship we could get back to the ‘family club’ feel we had with Rudgie and steadily restore our pride and reputation in the game, competing in at least the league above this one.
