Makes sense to suspend the protests after all, its almost mission accomplished, if how ever, the fat one throws a spanner in the works at the eleventh hour, then hope the protests return with a vengeance.

Where will this leave the donations made to the Fighting Fund?

 

I made a modest donation and am not too fussed, but some people gave £100.00 and it would be understandable if they want to know what happens with the cash.

 

I'd be happy for mine to go towards club funds.

I think the SC said any surplus money would go to any new owners.

A chunk was used for legal funds, of which details will be made clearer when the sale of the club is resolved, one way or the other.

 

The remaining, as stated by others, will be pledged to the new owners for whatever purpose they see best.

Congratulations must go to the B&G group and fans who have supported their work and tireless efforts.

 

For anyone who doubted that protests against the owner was the right way to go, I ask would we have reached yesterday’s “result” without their intervention ? Clearly all is not complete yet, but it most certainly is a major leap forward in the sale process.
