Why doesn't he just put the required money into the club for the summer and add it on to the cost of the club to the next buyer? Longer to negotiate a better deal and he'll ultimately get more for the club than selling it when it's in administration

That's too sensible for the fat controller to come up with.

Because it’s all about scaremongering and less about a logical business trans.

We all clearly needed to be dragged into the assembly hall and told off collectively.

Will the tool miss out on the Hugil money if he puts the club in to administration?

Any future incomes would be split among the creditors, or in this case the creditor. Once the creditor is repaid in full the shareholders, or in this case the shareholder, split what's left over.

Once the receivers are in they have to accept the best suitable offer.V2001 had no say in who could take over the club when they put us in administration.

Actually he must be suffering from senile dementia because didn’t he say he was going to give the Manager 400k for transfers now he says he can’t subsidise the close season.

What happened to the Hugill money you greedy bar steward?

V2001 were shareholders rather than debt holders. The administrator acts in the interest of the creditors or debt holders. Allegedly Smurthwaite is the main shareholder and owed most of the debt.

There will be no debt..... Smurf says he will pay all creditors

I suspect he means all bar himself, although I've no idea. My understanding is most of the debt is to Smurthwaite. I doubt there is enough cash in the business for those debts to be paid off in full.
