So according to Dictator Smurthwaite.

 

If no new owner is in place by 5th May then he will put the club into admin and it will be insolvent.

 

There has been NO FORMAL offers made for the club.(by that he means from solicitors)But no one would get a solicitor involved and then pay solicitors fee's until an agreement had been reached between both parties.Then a solicitor would go over the deal,check it out,Sort out any issues.Then he could sign the deal off and make it legal.
