I agree, and Garlic is an experienced ceo who would be more effective without one hand tied behind his back.

A new ground with a new start sounds good to me leave smurfwaite with his piece of land in 10 years he'll be begging someone to have it

 

I'd look at either festival park area or Chatterley valley

Back of middleport spare land plus an old bridge backing on to festival park couldbe updated so traffic can go that way as well,,,also I was told a road to the d road asda to festival park is going to be built...

 

Would be close to burslem ,close to rd links and regenerate a rundown area ...having said that vale park feels home as 3 generations have watched footy there although me dad still goes on about the old Hanley ground with fondness

We could also do what Walsall have done and incorporate an advertising sign facing the D Road to generate extra income much better links to and from with the new link rd going in and the increased third lane going on the D Road

Other business's could be incorporated around the new stadium like Restaurants maybe a pub

Drinkers could still drink in Burslem as its only a ten minute walk down Newcastle St.

The scope is endless just wants a bit of thinking about with collaboration from the Council and Private Investors

I hope that we are not all getting too far ahead of ourselves here. He hasn’t sold anything yet. He obviously doesn’t want Carol and Kevin to buy the club or else he would have accepted their previous bid which was more than he will get in administration. I also doubt his other ficticious bidders exist except in his own mind.
