Don’t think County have scored that many more than us and haemorrhage goals against so we have to believe we can win it. Currently they are in a far bigger mess than even our predicament.

 

Got to target their weakness at the back though rather than be too negative and let them off the hook.

Well the issue is getting the crosses in. If we can get crosses in then Pope should be a problem for them.. but you need Monty and Ben to have good games and that’s always a 50-50 question. It’s unfathomable that we hit 11 goals in 4 games before Xmas yet have scored what 4 since those four games. We can do it but we’ve completely lost our way. Confidence maybe?

Do wish people wouldn't use the Tinpot game against Lard under 8's as some sort of yardstick that we can score lots of goals.

That game is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things as they were a few garbage kids.

Think he will be up for it with Duffy marking him.

Sadly Duffy has been nowhere near their team all season. Not even in the squad at the moment and only played 10 all season.

So we can't rely on him to give us any presents.

County, like a few others near the bottom, have strengthened a lot in the window with a handful of good, experienced players (on paper) and that has rejuvenated them and given them a chance that they didn't have 7-8 weeks ago.

Shame we were not equally pro-active!

Why? He’s missed all of our chances recently. Our football is dire when he plays. For me it’s the right time to drop him

No we can’t win a game at all, never mind against a side who will fight every minute of the match.

 

We have no guts no skill no threat no nothing.

 

The sooner the end of season comes and we are out our misery the better.

But at the same time it doesn't matter if you look at the form table over the last four, eight, ten or twelve matches, we are bottom of it. We are currently the weakest team in the division. Notts County know the importance of Saturday's game and must think we are there for the taking.
