I've seen his property development at the bottom of Priory Rd in Newcastle.

 

Yea, me too. they're the very expensive bungalows (£300,000+) where work came to a halt over 2 yrs ago, and suddenly sparked back into life about 9 months ago. I looked them up as I thought I might view/make an offer for one - then I saw the prices!!

Pointon is involved with CF La Nucía/these apparent two dutch nobodies 'Spainishpete' claimed Vale had signed. I've got photos of the Yu's at non-league matches in Spain.

 

Did Sockatyes ever appear on Dragon’s Den? I could have sworn I saw somebody pitching a similar product on the show a few years ago.

According to the infamous Urban Dictionary, the definition of Spainish is a word used in place of the words Spanish or Hispanic. Used when someone tries to say something culturally relevant but doesn't quite have the intelligence to say it correctly.
