If Norm decides to change the manager I would rather he spent a chunk of the £400k on the salary of an experienced new guy with a bit of success on his CV.

 

Yes, for the obvious reason that, however deficient, the current squad is good enough to stay up if properly organised, balanced and motivated; so, the priority has to be to appoint an experienced manager with the required footballing knowledge, skills and leadership qualities. It's a tad disappointing to be thinking of simply surviving for a second season running but this is where we find ourselves. With the right leadership, the future can look after itself.

I can’t see Daniels being renewed. Came in for preseason unfit and has been farmed off on loan most of the time since, to suddenly make it into the first team picture would be an unbelievable turn around for him.
