I don’t disagree that Stoke should pay for the damage (albeit £100k seems to be pushing it slightly), however I think you overestimate the interest nationally, no one gives a stuff about Stoke or Vale that’s the reality.

I'm not "negating criticism" of Stoke at all, I've been critical of a section of the fans and the club for not making a statement on this very subject.

Yes my 1 post per day average in the last 11 years is excessive.

 

I used to post fairly regularly as I tended to get to 8/10 Vale games a season with my nephews, then I got a couple of abusive PM's and decided to knock it on the head.

 

Now I just come on sporadically, but a Vale v Stoke game seemed a fairly obvious thing to post on. I can't comment so much these days on Vale's performances as I don't watch them anymore.

 

Anyway that's my life story, I'll bid you all adieu.

I personally think sjoke have to pay some compensation towards the cost of repair if not all. After all it was the club that did not control the allocation of the tickets. If what I have been told to be true by work colleges who are Sjoke fans that there was no control in place at all. Fans they know got 6 tickets all at once with no check if ST holder of not.

I work in London and I had football fans who barely know me stop me in the corridor to express their disgust at what your football club did.

I personally think that criminal damage should be paid for by the criminals who did it.

Correct.If Sjoke u21 ‘fans’are so incensed about the one sink Vale fans removed ,nearly 2 decades ago,we can come to some arrangement.
