7.4.5 is on standard loan from a Premier League Club or any EFL Club operating a Category One Academy."

So the EFL can water down the competition, but the clubs can't act accordingly... Well isn't that nice

Moved to England 4 years ago, Prem clubs all over him. Been training with the first team and playing for the under 18s.

 

I look forward to his move to Man City being reasonably compensated, and our competent and benevolent chairman to re-invest the funds.

Norman will be rubbing his hands January is fast approaching, been a while since he has had a bonus,

 

shame the investment isn't used to keep hot prospects to feed into the first team get a few years out of them sell for bigger money then reinvest in both first team and youth.
