"He [Norman] said that any potential new owners/investors would need to see an increase in support coming through the turnstiles on Saturday (October 20) versus Bradford Park Avenue.”

Where have we heard this sort of spin before?

Anything the man touches falls to shambles. Feel sorry for Nuneaton.

I wouldn't call it spin because it's true they could do with more support through the turnstiles, as could all clubs in trouble.

I feel for anyone there with that bell-end at the helm though. It won't be long before he's repeating to them what he said at a Vale supporters meeting once ''If l leave, you lot are shafted''. Such a condescending arse hole.

Its a bit more complex than that, with details unclear.

The club was owned 100% by one man, and last May he said "thats it; I am out of here".

Smurf suddenly appeared and appeared to be the only reason the club was not demoted (at best).

He painted himself as the knight in shining armour, and gave the impression the club was safe for at least this season. Now he giving it two games.

Some feel he is doing this to put the blame on the FA when the club folds, but he does own the ground ;)

The thing is, 5000 could turn up against BPA (nice money through turnstiles) but if the EFL/FA say he can not be involved with 2 clubs then his ultimatum is irrelevant.

Norman explained that he was trying to help the Football Club as best as he could, but is bound by the rules of the League/FA, who he states he has already been reprimanded by and is waiting for them to review this.

What is the reprimand actually about?

Could any action taken by the League / FA have any effect on Port Vale? (If so what?)

According to this report, The Blue One confirms that Nuneaton are indeed in dire straits. But if he is adhering to FA rules about not being involved in ANY capacity in club affairs, how can he possibly be able to make comments like that if he is NOT privy to that sort of information ?

Yet again The Blue One speak with forked tongue.

No change there then.

"However, it was agreed and understood that I can help and use my experience gained over the past 6 years of owning an EFL member football club"

They're well and truly finished then.

He is a complete useless human being, about time he was made to leave....
