'proof' from the board

At a guess I would also think that "never paid for" shares (that should not have been used) and the voting letters that seems to have signatures on them were completed and signed on the understanding that they would only be used IF the contractual issues/deal went through.

For PD and Miller to use these letters for votes in there favour without the contracutal issues (that they refer too in a club statement) actually means the "evidence" they have put on the club site verifies that they were used when they shouldn't have been........................................

they seem quick enough to provide "proof" of BSI's alleged purchasing of shares yet not their own........

also, Mr Julicher states that they changed the deal during negotiations.mmmm

also, it was never for the £5/8m PD/PM/ML claimed so yet more lies

Did not Lloyd use the expression " £8m will pass through the Vale books" which could be £500k on USA tours, £1m loan to build pitches, seats etc. £6m of grants from council, etc. Hank would not be involved in most of the money, the majority was a pipe dream or con by the current board, in my opinion.

Just perhaps, when BSI/Ameriturf and PVFC got together there may have been some will for the former to invest some money and form a partnership. However somewhere along the line something didn't go according to plan and spin was used to cover up, spin has led to lies and lies have led to damm lies as in many well documented cases with businesses, eg Enron in the USA.

IMO PD/PM/ML and HJ are all as bad as each other, any one of them could have told the truth, or even something close, via the media.

The reason for BSI sending a fax of PM's renumeration package to the Sentinel becomes clear now, what a pathetic, laughable stunt.

These j**ks still appear to think we are incapable as evinced by a 'screen shot' as proof or intention of 5m investment, and one that when you hit the 'read more tab' produces a blank screen and has done so for the last 2-3 months, how apt.

Deary, deary me, total clowns the lot of them.

If you take straight to the ground in protest again the only outcome you will force will be administration.

Let's face it; Administration is the best way forward for this club. It's the only way we can get rid of the Directors (past & present), their service contracts and voting power of their shareholding. It also frees the club from any onerous contracts made with artificial surface manufacturers’, catering companies, brewers, etc.

It also allows new owners to make a fresh start, without the crippling debts that the present regime has created.

The sooner it happens the better, because, with a number of new players, we may have time to make up the points deduction. Who's cares if we end up third from the bottom at least we would still be there to fight another year.

The longer the present situation continues, we won't be worrying about Blue Sky, it will be Blue Square.

They show an application form for the shares, but when did the BSI money arrive in the Vale bank account?

Fosse,

Exactly, if the Blue Sky shares were used in the vote, £150K should of been recieved from Blue Sky.

If not where is the copy of the promisory note  after all its standard buisness practice ;)

Otherwise the shares were illegal.

And miller today said the new shares 'bought' were binding and unconditional. Either they are and blue sky have to by law pay for them, or they aren't and he lies again (and blue sky get a free £150k stake in vale). If blue sky can not choose to pay, so can PD and PM.
