My mum has been a Vale fan for 80 years and always listens to the RS commentary.I guarantee when I see her after a match she asks “ What is wrong with that Ray Williams,never says anything positive about the Vale”.Time to call it a day methinks Mr.Williams.

After the last couple of results don't you think it's a bit silly to say we have a poor squad? As to Ray Williams, if I'd been treated like he has by Abnorm I'd probably lose some objectivity as well.

 

Last couple of results have been great, credit is due. However, before those two results people were calling for Aspin's head so we can't have been doing that well!

 

The squad is better than last season and the season before, but then again eating offal is better than eating dog muck. I still maintain we will finish between 14th and 20th which I would be happy with to be honest!

 

If we consolidate this season without being in relegation trouble, then get rid of Barnett, Pugh, Tonge, Kay, Davis etc off the wage bill, use some of the £2.4m we have received and look to improve the squad towards the playoffs next season.
