As much as I'd like to see Howkins back here (if he's fit enough) I think our main requirement is a player with pace and flair in the final third.

We have to hope that one (or both) of Oyeleke & Conlon can improve our static midfield because that's where most of our problems lie - across midfield.

 

Who knows? There might be movement in the opposite direction to enable us to go for a better quality loan player (don't laugh at the back!)

If Barnett and Davis go it might make a bit of space.

Can't see Barnett and Davis moving on. They are just turning up and playing footy with not a lot of reason to move on. Being paid to play with the reserve side.

 

Someone with flair in the midfield maybe. Can control the ball and pass it to our strikers.

 

Not long to see what will happen - either going out or coming into Vale. Just hope its not a player from non-league. Need a bit more experience and energy.

Every time we are looking to sign someone, we nearly always sign him at the last minute and we then put him on the bench as he hasn't trained with the team. So please Neil get him in tomorrow to give him some time with his new team mates as we definitely need some new blood and must play Saturday.
