Quite a few looked uninterested which is a worry. You could tell before half time things were changing in the game but Southgate did nothing. Embarrassing performance.

Personally we aren't good enough , had an easy draw and over achieved --we need a ball player in midfield like a modric,de bruyne etc

 

Kane gets goals but if he doesn't score the team are a man down as he can go missing, sterling cant control a ball and creates little but he needs a ball player to be able to split the defence with a pass the right pace into his stride.

 

Why wasn't loftus cheek bought on -why didn't we go 3 up top earlier --hopefully some lessons learned especially southgate who needs to be more flexible during the game with his structure and general play

We blew it at 1-0 with some decent chances to kill the game. We should have been well clear after 45 minutes.

 

Kane and Alli were dead on their feet and just passengers after 60 mins.

 

France will be rubbing their hands as Croatia are nothing special whatsoever, and the French will beat them easily in the Final, and then that's the last you'll see of Croatia for a while as the majority of their team are past-it once this tournament is done.

we need to get hold of midfield need to bring on loftus cheek or someone who carry the ball for Lingard or ali--- other option go 3 up top and concede midfied..

agree a lot were gone, just needed to take control of midfield and run at em or the other option was to go long and have 3 up top and concede midfield keeping it tight at the back

 

unfortunately gareth chose to keep it the same and ended up isolating his subs especially rashford who made the best of any scraps he could create himself
