Micky was very honest regarding the directorship nonsense. He did it so he could sign players, I’m unsure as to why he would have any ulterior motive. He’s hardly going to tarnish his entire football playing/management career by doing some dodgy dealings to rip off a football club that then became very dear to him. Vale fans are that broken from previous owners etc.. that they’re suspicious of everything anybody at the club does.

 

Anyway, great to see him stick it to Gorman in his typical, no ******** style.

Adams only joined the board so we could sign people. He's a good manager and had two good stints with us. He had his time and it tapered off. Adams comments about vale and Smurf in his book are interesting/worrying!

 

For me I don't need post revelations from MA's book to tell me what I already know - it's akin to Peter Swan explaining his Wembley dismissal years later in his book.

 

It's all water under the bridge.

Perhaps Micky should show Smurf a bit more respect.... only one of the two guys has led a team into non league to date.
He deserves zero respect from anyone that genuinely loves the club. Coming out with a comment like that confirms the long held suspicion of your WUM status. Either that or you're closely connected to Smurf. There's no one left now defending the man. Everyone can see him for what he is now.
