No he wouldn't if any money coming into port vale fc we were paying him say £5,000 a game rent into his other company he made who own the land it would be the club losing out and smurf would be pocketing a tidy sum for doing sweet fa

 

Probably more likely to put it back into the club as a ‘Directors Loan’

I'm sure there is some kind of legal system set up against this.

Here in Denmark, a club owner was sentenced, for selling his club to one of his other companys way below value. That was deemed as some sort of tax evasion, as I remember it.

I'm sure there are strict laws in place for this kind of setup, even in the UK :wink:

The present situation suits his wallet otherwise he'd do something about it, this reminds me of the mangle I used to turn for my mum after rinsing to remove all the liquidity prior to using a flat iron to smooth out the wrinkles before hanging the garments up to air a very similar arrangement to the one the club suffers under the sky blue blob.
