Brexit again...

Tell me about it.

People think that we are bringing the shutters down on Europe - Couldn't be further from the truth. The undeniable fact is, as a sovereign nation we can do whatever we (the people) want.

Well over60% of the country don’t want a Tory Government.

The people are not represented by a Government that they want.

We still have to abide by European standards to trade there.

The people do as they are told by the Government. It just happens that our Government hate anyone but the rich.

So Brexit was all down to Putin and Goebbels was it?:laugh:

It'll be red cabbage then.:redcard2:[/quote

Do some research.

It is on the record that that some in the Leave campaign studied Goebbels propaganda techniques.

Hence the lie about Turkey joining and swamping the UK.

There was the massive poster of Farage with thousands of immigrants.

Farage claimed he was late for meetings as the immigrants were causing traffic jams

There are countless more examples.

There is documentary evidence that dirty money funded UKIP and Leave. There is evidence that Farage and Aaron Banks had countless meetings with Russians and money arriving in Banks account via a Diamond mine that never produced anything.

You carry on in your world of delusion and believe what you like.

Plenty of jobs going in Lincolnshire this summer by the way.

Spent some great times in Lincolnshire maintaining the Hawk at Scampton.

How many want a Labour government?

Corbyn's revelations in that video from Ireland betray his own leadership weaknesses. If he fully supports coming out of Europe then he should take the rest of the Labour party with him and make Labour electable again

That won't happen and many of his MP's would rather continue importing migrants undercutting and undermining the working classes at every turn...then they wonder why they are in opposition

There will be no economic slowdown...maybe business will again cut manufacturing and cut hours as they always have done

whilst in the EU but they will have to decide what is worth a gamble. Reverting to WTO rules may mean we are better off and more flexible with whom we trade with thus bringing more profits more business and more jobs

If Europe doesn't want a free trade deal them more fool them!!

Have to thank Donald Tusk for his comments today. That's probably another % or 2 remainers who have now seen him and the EU for what they are.
Brilliant statement: Everyone has been let down by the Brexiteers who failed to plan. Tells it how it is, none of that dithering and can-kicking from our lot.

Hansard 15 June 2015, Col 231 Advisory referendum definition

I can see 16th June 2015?

Kind of proves my point though, we didn't have a second referendum after the advisory one to join the EU, so we shouldn't obviously have one here in our precedential legal system.

Whatever the type of referendum, if we are told before hand that whatever wins will be delivered, then it can only be advisory in name. I'll admit that the result did not legally bind Parliament, but they were constitutionally and morally bound to carry out brexit.

The tories had a majority when they promised a referendum.

Parliament agreed to the referendum.

Parliament agreed to activate article 50.

This is the most biggest and purest democratic decision ever made by the British people. Anything other than brexit is completely anti-democratic.
