The £ has gone up Geo because we arent leaving yet, simple.  Boris's mates will be after his blood now because his failure to deliver his promise to them of crashing out on the 31st will have cost them alot of money.

It went up faster when he announced a deal to leave..... it seems odd for it to go up when there are so many spanners to throw into the works.... it's dipping again now bercow has put the breaks on but it's trying to hold it's own.... it could be other factors of course and where money is concerned nothing is simple.

With bercow possibly denying a vote, court still looking, hundreds of amendments possibly added to delay, other tactics possible..... why is the £ going up?....... does someone know something?

Burko the impartial could be running out of ideas?

Cannot see why Berko has not allowed a vote this time. Even the bookies were only giving evens on either way. He should not have allowed May to have as many votes but this time is a farce to disallow it.

I must say he's quite good at making laws up has he goes along?

He might as well come out and just say that he wants to stop Brexit because it's plain for everyone to see.

Cant really expect replays after 49 hours when nothing has changed.

Are we happy with this deal then?

Just because it's the only one currently being offered doesnt mean it should be agreed surely?  If this deal is detrimental to workers rights for example, dont the MPs have a duty to dig deeper and maybe oppose it.

The problem here isnt the opposition, however any one of you might like to suggest it is.  The problem here is that the Tories and particularly Boris has deliberately left this until the last minute to try and rush through his agenda without people getting the chance to properly scrutinise it.

Whatever they say, we are not leaving on the 31st so presumably we will see Boris dead in a ditch somewhere.

Its unraveling and that's one parties fault.  TORY!  They devised it, failed to plan it and haven't delivered it - nobody else.

They don't offer agreements just like that, mays deal, now Boris's in 3-1/2 yrs... if Jeremy gets to no.10 what will/can he offer to the eu to get a better deal? and that's a serious question...

as to tories failing to get the agreement though its too soon to claim that, but its the opposition and lesser parties who have and still are stopping it, that's what the public will remember come the election...

For the same reason he didn’t allow another vote on May’s deal, which the likes of Rees Mogg thought was the correct ruling.

And he was correct back then but there was a 50/50 chance this deal might have been approved saving yet another delay. Vote for them we go ahead with leaving at the end of the month, vote against the we have a general election as no deal will go through paras it stands now.

More important to get things right, there is no great rush, Dec 2020 or even 2022 are the end dates, unless the country comes to its senses.
