given the hugill money should be coming in over 3 years surely with tha being more than a million pounds then the club is therefore worth more than a million pounds?

My personal feeling is that for £2million quid NS should do one, write off his directors loans and be happy he got a fair price for club and stadium. Hes a wheeler dealer so hes going to be asking £3million plus which is to be expected because in business you cant negotiate up only down.

Surely Synetics if interested see the current situation to their advantage? NS under pressure, Hugill money in so no pie in the sky from NS and a settled management team back by the fans? Last time the whole lot was a car crash with fans hating Brown, the Hugill dealing hanging about and loads of issues up in the air.

Time to be realistic ....I think we are kidding ourselves to think the Hugill cash will go back into PVFC. Even if 2m did come back into the club to repay the director loans the club is not worth 1mil.

Who are in the top half of the league above us.

Are you deliberately being a contrarian these days? Seems like you went from fairly sensible to disagreeing with the consensus almost overnight.

I guess someone had to fill REP's shoes.

How does that make a difference? If the club owes him money, is it not resasonable to expect that he will want paying?

It's a big assumption that he would write off a seven figure debt.

No in my opinion he’s artificially inflating the price of the club to give himself more room to negotiate a price for the club. As it stands let’s be honest the club has little to no value other than the stadium and the money from Hugill (working on the understanding that they are paying in installments and there’s at least 2 left). So what are we saying 1.2-1.5m If that’s the case people will realistically start to bid at around £1m. Now surely even NS won’t expect to get everything he’s invested back (given he’s himself admitted some serious boo boos). However he’s likely to be able to say he will write off all the clubs debt for 500k, that way he’s likely to get back around 1.5-1.7m on the sale.

Just examples but that’s why he’s not actually just put money in and done director loans. He controls what happens to the loans and it’s a bargaining chip in the sale. Either that or he’s mortgaged assets in the other businesses to release funds and then loaned that to himself to spent on the Vale

Where did I state we should get a 36 year old has been goalie not wanted by his club, hasn’t played all season and has been snatched from under Norman’s nose, not Neil’s,to go to Yeovil?a region which he comes from.Me,contrary? Behave.

It’s costing the club nothing as long as Norman isn’t charging interest. If he writes it off, happy days.If he wants it back,as you say,it’s not unreasonable for him to want it.Keith Ryder will want his money back at some stage,I assume. What I find amusing,Santa,is the amount of people who think we should be in for every player available, then ‘we. should have got him’kicks in when we don’t.I presume Neil has a mind.We should have a carpetesque pitch to play on and get us into the Championship, where Norman said he was going to take us.Get John Amos to sort out a few roll ends.Continually requesting the owner to **** off on a daily basis but expect him to bring in new players with some more of his money and in the same breath say they won’t be going again until he does.Strange but true.
