Absolutely not, i questioned him last week but in light of this week i think its plainly obvious that he is working on a shoe string. I dont believe for one minute that he would keep certain players if he was able to bring bodies in.

We have a decent budget in this league, but we bought a host of players who weren't good enough. THe players he probably wouldn't keep, are those he brought in himself this summer!

People really are stupid to think we should get rid of Adams.

 

1. We can't afford to pay him off

2. Who would we get in to replace him?

1. You don't turn into a bad manager overnight.

2. We can't afford to get rid.

3. No manager in the last 10 years has been able to buy decent players/compete with wages.

4. Anyone replacing him would have the exact same issues, just with less money to work with as we'd have paid off Micky.

 

It's ot even worth spending time thinking about. We need to focus our energy on getting the scrotes in charge of the club out ASAP and getting some REAL investment in the team.

By shoestring i mean in terms of ability to move within his budget, if we had cash we could release dross like yates, dodds, Griff, tommo, etc and then bring in a few replacements.

 

I realise as a budget on its own we have a sizeable one, but unfortunately its eaten up with dross players.

If he didn't have such a huge contract which means his compensation would pretty much bankrupt us then yes his man management skills are good thats about it hasn't really brought any good players in Loft, Roberts, and Davies on loan are the only Adams signings that have many any difference to the squad

 

I have always been one of Micky's biggest supporters but i have lost faith

 

And also i don't trust this board to appoint the right manager if he did go
