I reckon the Blubbermen will beat Palace tomorrow, spend all week grunting on about surviving then lose to Swansea conceding two goals in the last two minutes having led one nil.

What’s that song SOTT ? Heaven, I’m in heaven, and my heart beats so that I can hardly speak etc etc !!!!!!

Fred & Ginger swanning across the pitch at the Fat365.

Expecting Fred & Ginger may be optimistic !

How about Bryn and Coates’ daughter doing an American Smooth at half time ?

No ten from Len, but as that girl in the 60’s would have said ”oil geeve it foive”

It would bring tears to your eyes. Or at least to Bryn’s

Sums up the Premier League in a nutshell. Every single game is the same, players falling over all the time under little or no contact looking for a free kick, penalty or a card. Its a world away from watching football at our level.

No it isn't! How many times have we criticized players in our League for doing exactly that? We have plenty of "targets" we look forward to bollocking for their antics...going back to Crewe in the 80's, at least! This has been in the English game since the days of Francis lee and Mark Hughes! I will admit, now, that we can't just blame "Johnny Foreigner", as the worst exponents of the dive are English - take a bow, Dele Alli and Harry Kane, with Ashley Young close behind! Pulis' stance was admirable - it's a pity more managers don't have the balls to do the same. Cheats shouldn't prosper...and they certainly shouldn't be allowed to set this kind of example to the youngsters watching the game. We will never stamp it out as long as the pundits, ex- and current players bleat that "there was definite contact so it must be a penalty" - well...no! If that kind of contact happened anywhere else on the pitch it would be shrugged off. And the number of times you see a player jump into the path of an opponent - Calvin-Lewin vs Lovren, for one - or be already in the air before moving into a "trailing leg" is easy to spot...except for the "experts"! I don't like cheats!

Stoke will not get relegated! I'm telling you!

They will beat a Palace team today who are already on the beach.

Then in a winner takes all game at Swansea, the home side plus the crowd will be overly nervous which will play into Stoke's hands.

You're assuming of course Swansea and others pick up no further points. I think other results will send em down.
