Come one guys he clearly wants to right his wrongs getting rid of old staff so neil can bring his own in and also will back him in january we all need pull together get this great club out of the bottom three and see where it takes us no point being divided and causing unrest that will do neils team no good at all its down to us aswell

I may be being cynical, but I do wonder if appointing Neil and Sir John was more about saving his own backside rather than the Vale. Either way I'm glad he's appointed them and believe they are the right people for the job.

Smurf always says he takes advise from other persons when making an important decision ie Micheal Brown on Bruno appointment now Micky Adams on Aspins so lets hope come May time he is not pointing his big finger at Adams.

He appears to have learned from his mistakes. Let’s hope this is the bottom of the **** curve. Just a word of warning even under Rudge getting Vale into a force in football took several seasons and a lot of bad performances. Patience is the key to a good foundation. 1sr target is to get out of the bottom half.

I just want to support the club and enjoy the weeks to come with the fans buoyed by today... holding grudges does no one any good but hopefully he will right the wrongs. Lot of work ahead but let’s just enjoy a hugely boosted atmosphere Saturday.
