Too late? Never. He wasn't even the main player when we got promoted. the protest will only work if he is at matches. Has he started going again?

 

 

He was there tonight. Sadly, unless he himself decides to sell there is very little we as fans can do about it. He has to realise that his asset is diminishing by the week and will be worth next to nothing if we end up in the National League. But it will be his decision.

You are 100% correct. It's all down to just one bloke.Its all his call.

 

If he fails to appoint an experienced manger soon ( this week) then he might as well throw his sweetie jar,his wallet and any hope of selling for more than he paid for the club into Westport lake

I'm not saying fans don't want him out. I'm saying there is little we can do to get him out. Chanting makes no difference to him - when it happened last year is daughter went on social media and said basically we could chant all we liked but it wouldn't make Smurf go. Banners won't make any difference. A red card protest like we did against V2001 won't make any difference. He'll just blame the fans for poor results and do bugger all to make it better. You see Norman knows best. He knows he can turn this round and take us back to the promised land for League 1. He has promised us that he will leave the club in a better position than when he took over. He has no grasp of his limitations and thinks he can actually do this. We are stuck with him until he finally realises that he is simply not up to the job and it is considerably more difficult than running Stoke Audi.

We need to make it a higher profile protest. What's his business? What are his links?

It's relatively easy to call for the dismissal of a manager, and he will go as we have just seen with Brown. But Smurf is devious and a habitual liar, set up Brown to take the blame, and has 3 or 4 ridiculous people who post endlessly supporting him giving the impression he has some support.

 

Those posters are just as much to blame as the owner for the clubs troubles, and need to be told so. They come on here mocking and belittling anyone who dares to disagree with them and are just Smurf's grovelling sycophants (cant use the term I really want to here but you know what it is) - they will post anything he wants.

 

Worse still, both the owner and his small group of Smurfettes shift the blame endlessly, it is always one of the managers that he chose, or some scapegoat players, or fans who aren't ambitious - anyone but the person who is single-handedly destroying this club.

 

There is no easy way to hound him out, but let's make sure that the 95 per cent who want shot of him tell him so.
