Now the transfer window has closed interested to see what rating you would give out of ten on signings made by the club. Obviously at this stage we can only go from pedigree,experience as some haven't kicked a ball yet.

 

I would give a steady 7. I think we have made some eye catching permanent signings like Pope,Montano,Barnett,Worrall and Wilson.

 

I am concerned though how unbalanced the squad looks in terms of player positions and mix of experience.

Everyone knows we need players who:

 

-Signs permanently

-Are aged between 25-28

-6'6 or greater

-Dropping down from at least the Championship

-Is not a goalkeeper or centre back

-Scores at least a goal every 2 games

-Not one of them foreigners

-Is not represented by one of the many agents that has blacklisted the club

 

So I think we should just call it a 0/10 and close the thread.

I'm surprised about the complaints of the number of players considering we had virtually no players left from last season.We definitely needed numbers especially when you consider you need a bigger squad to cover injuries and suspensions now the window is shut.
