I'm not a huge Brown fan the verdict is still out. He needs time plus he is shopping at the bottom end of the market. Maybe hes genuinely had deals for a number of left sided players fail.

I think that I'd be happy for a solid year and kick on the season after. I just hope people give the manager/squad/ garlick time. Rather than we have a slow start and suddenly everyone is garbage.

Just for the record IMHO Michael Brown is doing a decent job, assembling a squad to do well in Lge 2, a mixture of experience and youth, skill and physicality, experience at this level and players who've played at a higher level, seems to be doing it his way, what more can he do, put a bid in for Mbappe?

 

If there is an ex-Pro footballer who's got what it takes to make it as a football manager my money would be on Michael Brown.

I find it strange that for last seasons farce you wholeheartedly blame Brown , not Smurf and Ribeiro and not even a mention about Andy Smith, Ribeiros so called right hand man. As I say still banging on your nonsensical pessimistic drivel, and wanting the manager sacked , before a ball has been kicked ,doesn't show ANY support at all . We were 6 points clear of relegation when Bruno left (possibly 9 and games in hand).Stop making Bruno the scapegoat as Brown had from Dec 24th to keep us up.Oh I forgot he inherited Bruno's signings and signed 7 of his own players. He didn't sign a striker when it was obvious we were not scoring goals.

Then he signed 2 more keepers when we already had 3.According to your logic Smurf did us a favour giving Brown the job in January then extending his contract.The list of mistakes is endless but you still think he does a good job.He,s had his chance and blew it.
