iFollow for International Fans

Thanks, pal, but after 2 months and 45 emails, I'm conversant with the process. The folks at iFollow admit that they failed to refund me. They blamed my debit card and my UK bank. The same card I've had for almost 2 years from the bank I've been with for over 30 years.

 

 

I have registered with iFollow, albeit with a free account.

 

A week ago they said they would resolve the issue by sending me a discount code so I could buy a season pass and take the sum owed off what I pay. The challenge which seems to have been insurmountable was that my refund is in pounds and my new subscription has to be paid in US$.

Have you any Idea how the single game pass works?. I would like to try it out before buying the season pass.

I've signed up for the Season Pass, can't wait for the season to start. 140 bucks for 46 games is a bargain if the system works but I do expect some teething problems. Still don't know who's doing the audio commentary, hope it is RS as I like Blakeman and crew. Have asked the question but still not received an answer.

I have paid for the first game as a trial. If everything is OK will have the season pass. As you say a bargain at 130 Euros.

Apparently the video stream goes live at 2:30.

 

I have a season pass from last season that is active until December so I should be able to see the commentary stuff like you mention but I can't either.

 

Emailed them. Seems like they've very predictably ballsed up the transition from Valiant Player to iFollow if accounts are not being ported across with the correct access rights.

 

Who's going to be brave enough to sign up for the video package in the UK and find out if works with a VPN or not? I can't see why it wouldn't, the EFL don't have the knowledge or the funding to blanket ban VPN provider IP and DNS settings, but £110 on a non-cert is still a gamble...

Fantastic, I have just wasted 130 Euros. Apparently to watch live broadcast you have to have a local bank account and local address, even though I live and work in Spain but have a UK bank account. Fuming!!

I've signed up for the season's pass. Logged on at 2 45pm BST and there's nothing showing on how to access the match, funnily enough I expectted this to be the case, what a goon.
