Well done to Liverpool for taking advantage but Citeh badly needed an away goal.

I actually thought that City started the game well and bossed up it somewhat until Liverpool scored. As soon as they conceded they seemed to collectively **** themselves and suddenly Liverpool looked like scoring every time they went forward.

 

3-0 is a better result than I could have possibly hoped for, but still wouldn't make Liverpool any more than 60/40 favourites going into next week. If City score first and score relatively early then they are right back in the game. I do fancy Liverpool to score at least one goal though, which means City would have to play unbelievably well to progress - Unless a Liverpool player gets red carded!
