Think he's more saying ok, he can see how a footballer would get into those situations, but considering the money they're on, fraud is a bit unusual, in which case I agree.

 

Strange one this, but agree with other posts, hopefully he is never offered another deal, & serves the full amount of time. This alone shows a club all they need to know:
