yeah his decision should be respected by all but needs to be made now to bring an end to the saga.

personally I don't think he wants to be involved as a board member for the long term but was willing to take the role to aid the sale of the club in the short term. I have no issue with that but would like him to come out and make his intentions clear.

i for one will have no axe to grind with mark if he decides joining the board is not for him i would hope all will accept that decision, but i agree this needs to be brought to an end now because a lot of people harbour the hope he will join so a simple statement from mark would draw a line

Not just that 'teabar, but a statement from MS one way or t'other will, in my opinion, put to rest most of the indecision currently held by many Valiants. Closure for the past 8 years is needed and, again my thinking, Mark can assist this by making a statement now.

Whatever he decides he will always have my eternal thanks for all and everything he has done and, hopefully, will do for Port Vale

Whatever Mark Sims decides is up to him, as has been said he has been a magnificent sponsor in so many different ways. My decision to go back to Vale never depended on Mark or anyone else........Except for the removal of Bratt and Oliver........Not long now........Tik Tok.

Put simply Lloyd and his mate Deakin and his mate Miller and probably his mate Power with the help of Melzack and Hooper

have completed a very sly takeover and got the club on the cheap.

Mark Sims is an elected Director who was elected by the shareholders at the EGM and is the fans representative sponsored by Robbie Williams....Lloyd and Deakin have blocked an elected Director and have not let Mark Sims do basic routine due dilligence

and they obviously do not intend to let Mark Sims take up the position that the shareholders vote entitles.....

Instead it seems Lloyd and Deakin want to reclaim the Robbie Williams proxy by only accepting a fans representative of their

choice basically and then probably without a vote or access to confidential information....it seems essential to the whole scam

that they wave something shiny to distract the fans thus the 8 million story and that Mark Sims is blocked at any cost.

Is it just me that thinks at least things are moving, in the long term who knows what will happen this could better than Mo - was the point change??

I for one will judge on performance not an extended wish to argue.

Any person elected to the board to act on behalf of SC and unite the fans will surely be welcomed as long as the fans can decide who? Personally if Mark is not willing to invest the cash (no problem either way) I would prefer him not to be on the board as the dynamic of that individual will change.

With Lloyd,Deakin,Adams,Miller + hank the yank on the board it is quorum as is required. So they can just say there is no need for Sims to join the board.Even if Adams steps down.

I'm sure I've read somewhere where Lloyd or Deakin have said they are looking at a boardroom of six directors.
