Blue Sky - where from?

They just bumped into eachother in Seattle, as you do. If you want a guess, and that is just what it is, BSI were a supplier to the very small Ameriturf operation and were the real backing to that deal. It's just too much of a coincidence otherwise (artificial turf, USA, pre season tours). This is not to dis BSI or the deal. But it tests credulity to believe there is no connection anywhere doesn't it?

I was under the impression melzak introduced them while over in the states.

That is my understanding too. But one thing doesn't ring true is the clause that Pratt had to go. Melzack has supposedly been good friends with

Pratt for donkey's years. Seems strange that he would then broker a deal that would result in a good mate being binned. I wonder if they are still mates?

Genuine question to Robbie, you say not long... not long till what?

Is there anything that you can say publicly as to what it is you're referring to?

You do realise he has been saying that for nearly 2 years now. He even once claimed that harlequin investing was what he was getting at. He is still waiting for something to happen so he can say I told you so!

He may have introduced them, but it doesn't mean he knew are could give the conditions of the deal. From the sounds of things, Bratt is not doing too badly out of the deal anyway. 8 years of free hospitality, 5 years of £50K or more wages. And now taking all the money he put into the club back.

If there was some link somewhere between BSI amd Ameriturf it would explain it, because they would have known about the fuss that led Ameriturf not to take up their shares/board places option.

Well if £8mill isnt a big enough thing for him to say 'I told you so', then whatever he does harp on about is certainly something well worth waiting for.

Tik Tok.

If there is any link then why deny it? It can't really be a problem if the the BSI deal is so much better.

Perhaps it has something to do with who set the deal up and the need to make it look separate?
