I will hold my hands up and say that is the one good decision Norman has made. Shame it will now only benefit norman as he will use the money to cover the cost of his mistakes.

I wouldn't mind betting that to get Nathan to sign the contract that there is a derisory price to trigger his moving to another club, just like Jak Alnwick.

100% agree, I bet there is a clause that gives him the option to any club in the above division and a minimum release clause that will go down considerably when we drop into league two.

Imagine if Smurf wasn't pocketing all the money to recoup his losses from his own poor decisions?

 

Alnwick, Grant, Smith, Hugill sell on clause, sell out away ends against Sheffield and Bolton. There's over a million quid there which, with a competent owner, could have been used for a marquee signing, sorting the Lorne Street, Youth Academy investments etc.

 

Either way, Smith has been fantastic this year and deserves a big money move.

Smithy has been the standout and will win all the trophies this season but is closely followed by Streete. My other nominations where Alnwick and Jones!

It has to be Smithy this year. Certainly good enough for the Championship. Streete, Alnwick and Jones were the only ones within close proximity. Bikey's little cameo deserves an award on its own especially yesterday when he was playing on one leg.
