We can and should do better. There again there are bigger clubs than us like Coventry, Swindon, Luton and Portsmouth that have struggled as well.

 

I don't believe that Luton or Swindon are any bigger than us. They maybe pulling bigger gates over the last few years but that is because they have been run better, if you look at last time those 2 clubs were in the championship they were not pulling as bigger crowds as we would pull now. Our support would grow if we were more successful, improved the ground, reduced season ticket prices in line with other clubs in our division and just run the club properly.

Apparently, Highbury holds 5327 and we've been given 700 so thats 4627 home tickets and they can't even shift them all for a game that could see them promoted to the Championship? That is utterly pathetic. We sold 14,000 for a similar game for promotion to League 1! Just goes to show: A) That you can be a small club but if run properly you can do well (ditto Burton) and B) Just how much potential we have compared to other teams at this level if only we were run as well

 

Also bare in mind it's free for under 16's and only £17 a ticket if your a member.
