Ireland were my pick before the competition began. A very tough team to beat in Dublin.

Very disappointed as an England fan. You know what is coming in Dublin but we couldn't cope with it. Simply not good enough today but congratulations to Ireland on a passionate victory.

The Lions squad will be interesting.

Gatland will have learned a lot today..about Irish resilience and England not being as good as we thought. NZ will have seen how to nullify England. Based on the six nations they will hammer the Lions IMO.

It will be a rather strange night in the Farrell house, with Owen having played brilliantly for England , and his

Dad helping to coach Ireland. Owen is a brilliant kicker, very composed , and he sends them through the posts

from all angles. Best in the world , I'd say.
