Sorry if I missed it but this was in Thursday’s Sentinel and I’ve not seen it posted elsewhere, so for your delectation: -

 

 

 

“CHELL HEATH: Magistrates have adjourned the case of Darren Walker for a week after he was absent from court yesterday due to illness. The 19-year-old defendant, of Winghay Place, Chell Heath, is charged with going on to the playing area of a football match at Vale Park, Burslem, on August 20 and exposing his todger* on the same day. Magistrates adjourned the case until September 7 when Walker will be expected to provide medical evidence for yesterday’s absence.”

 

 

 

 

 

* OK – it said genitals but todger would have worked better in my opinion.

I hope that Darren does'nt get hammered by the Courts. The Police have already said that it is a serious matter as the incident was witnessed by children, although I think that all will agree that Darren was'nt aggressive or threatening. Even the Stewards standing by me were laughing including the young female.

 

The previous fan who tried to invade the pitch was virtually let off with a slapped wrist despite being aggressive and struggling with Stewards.

 

Had Darren streaked at a rugby or cricket match I sure that the Police would have released him without charge, unfortunately the average football fan is treated worse than a "professional criminal."

I think he may have had enough punishment after being ridiculed on here, you tube and anyone that knows him must have taken the p. :rolleyes:

Got to agree. My lady thought it was right entertaining. Think if he apologises for offence caused to kids and any jealous males:D then a ban isnt in order. Just as long as he promises no more streaking at the Vale.

attendance will be lower by one if he is banned!!

 

can vale afford to ban a fan effectively Starving them selves out..........if he aint a season ticket holder it maybe £20.50 less each home game!
