I'd forgotten about Kelly and Mbamba haven't been on the bench recently for the first team:blush:

I'll be surprised if the former is with us beyond this campaign he just hasn't quite done enough has he? The odd useful cameo and 2 or 3 picture book goals last season but he seemed to flatter to deceive whenever he started a game

 

Shalaj seems to have impressed in the 47 mins he was on according to the sentinel updates. Possibly in contention for Saturday and the coming weeks, I liked the lad on Saturday for the 20 or so he was on and it was his shot that inadvertently set Streete up for the leveller.

Good to have options, injuries, form, and fitness come and go, even the odd suspension. Pity Hooper is not getting match practice, but that is another story.

 

It would be good to see JJ come on as sub against United and score the winner - but even then I doubt Page would give him a regular starting spot.

 

As for the reserve game, I noticed that Amoros wasn't in the squad so I assume he must be injured as he could do with some game time.
