Personally I think he might bring something a bit different than what we have providing he is fit. He's a physical player that will try to rough defenders up, and although Hooper has potential he's certainly no winger and personally I think Forrester at this moment in time has a bit more about him. There's been plenty of cases where a player has had a couple of years where for one reason or another he's done nothing, yet moves to a club and suddenly seems to find his mojo.

I'm more concerned of his poor goals output.Averaging about 5 league goals per season in his career.He'll need to make an impression very quickly I'd imagine.

Not impossible, but if every man and his dog knows about his injuries then it's reasonable to assume the medical staff at PVFC might know also and thoroughly check out his previous injuries before committing to a contract.

were not the only one's, 80% of team's have there fair share of crock's, it's football and ageing, injuries will happen whether we like it or not, some worse than others, will he be in the squad today?

Think we need a winger more than a striker as service is limited having said that put thomas (if fit) on right defreitas on left (sure hes left footed) and put 2 up top mixing youth with an experienced forward like patterson can only help to bring them on so hopefully a big positive and a local player ( think he used/does to live near westport ) and i'm sure he will be well aware of what we are about and needs to do and hopefully will come off

His contract is only until January according to the Sentinel. That seems sensible.
