The least that any player can do is put the effort in in training, that should be a given. Thats where players then come into contention for the first team and if they do get picked for the first team then its up to them to step up on a matchday. However from what I saw of Campion in reserve games the season just gone, he wasn't up to it and didn't carry on his good form from the reserves the season before where he was scoring a lot of goals. Personally I don't think its the chairmans place to picking players, thats what hes paying a manager to do. So it'll be interesting to see what Bruno thinks of him.

Ofcourse he wouldnt, it hasnt worked out at bury, and he no's he isnt getting any younger, and bury will potentially slash his wage, bruno and smurf will rule out his move back though.
