2016/17 fixtures - Vale away first game, home on Boxing Day

Stoke are away for their first game on 13th August, so we will be at home that day (which is our second league game), meaning that we’ll be away for our first game the week before on 6th August.

 

We’ll be at home on Boxing Day, as Stoke are away.

 

We’ll also be at home on New Year’s Eve, as Stoke are away.

 

We'll finish with an away game on 30th April.

 

......we've just got to wait another week to find out who our opponents are!

Wishful thinking on my behalf, over the next few days any fixture clashes could be re-arranged by L1/2 clubs.

We tend to have a game with one of the 'new' teams in the division either the ones that have come down or the ones that have come up!!

Charlton or Bolton would be good!!

There probably will be 1 or 2 fixture clashes with Stoke at some point in the season, but it's highly unlikely they'd do it on the first game (or Boxing Day\New Year).
