Best of luck to him as he's been a reasonable servant. I thought he played well in the promotion season but has been distinctly average in League One. Can play at times but very mistake prone also. He wasn't as bad as McGivern but should be replaceable but like Andy(cv) says he needs to be replaced!

To be fair Eastleigh are loaded. Duffy wouldn't be first choice here next year, that will be streete and smith so maybe they have a cheaper but similar standard defender lined up?

How many times did we see opposition centre halves win headers from their corners? Virtually every game.

 

There are far better, more dominant centre halves out there.
