Is the three year plan from when he took over from M A 14/15 season or the start of 15/16 season so has two more seasons to see his plan come good if so he only has a contract for 12 months left as the chairman only gave him a two year contract after the yeovil game last season so needs to do better next season to get a new contract fore his third year of his three year plan and is the chairman willing to play ball for the next two seasons and has he taken the club of the for sale market.

It's good to have targets, and yours should be to learn punctuation.

The three year plan will be to avoid relegation, and Vale will finish mid-table in each of those three years.

That's what's going to happen. One sign of things to come is that Yates has been offered a new contract.

Would you care to back your prediction with a bet, as you seem quite sure what wiil happen ?

£50.00 stake, and the loser gives the money to the chosen charity of the winner

Deal?

That is a negative and unhelpful view of a manager that is making steady progress in difficult circumstances. IF Adam Yates has been offered a new deal (link or reference please, as he's hardly likely to have popped round for a big mac and fries at your place to tell you himself) - then perhaps it is because he has been GOOD VALUE. And do you know how much he has been offered or are you just ranting in the way they do in your part of the world?

A modest wage for a loyal, steadfast player who can be relied upon as a good squad option - we can't afford Prem or Championship players and Adam Yates has been a fine and loyal club servant - thankfully more of a player than you are a supporter.

where do I get a pair of these rose tinted specs that vale suppoters seem to be wearing.

Rose tinted specs? In your case you'd need the Jodrell Bank telescope with 1000 kalidescopes on the end of it !

You must be the only person who would complain that he didn't buy 2 identical tickets if he won the lottery.

Has the retained list been announced? If we finish mid table, then so be it. That's where history says we belong. As long as we keep progressing, I'm happy. We have progressed further this season than we have done at any point since Adams' first season when he turned us round.

Also what's the point of a three year plan, how many managers last more than one season, in todays modern game. Chairman, directors, fans want success, strait away not in three years time, gone are the days of I've got a plan it's now or never.
