however there is an element of fans who just seem happy to blindly the follow the club come what may - these are the ones that I am referring to.

 

I'm willing to bet that a proportion of those booing the march were doing so purely as in their opinion the marchers were not going to the match and so were anti-vale (idiots)

 

Another proportion will have been sheep blindly booing as their mates were (bigger idiots)

 

Another proportion will have been anti SEO for their own reasons (not idiots)

There will be SEO backers that begrudge, moan and belittle Port Vale's signings (even bigger idiots)

Let's think about this for a second. SEO was set up to 'save the club', right? If fans persistently don't go to home games we will lose so much money it will actually have the negative effect. It will only end up hurting the squad and, potentially, hurting the quality of football after the inevitable cuts that come with poor attendance.

 

Mike Lloyd will still take his paycheck home no mattter what happens.

 

It would be much more prudent to support the lads, without buying the merchandise of course, and protesting after the game.

Because people do not agree with SEO it does not make them any less a genuine supporter than someone who is willing to lose the club to the administrators.
