I personally feel that we lack a commanding presence. I believe an Inniss would have dealt with that kind if situation, and it's something we're not doing if late. Inniss in for Duffy, and you could argue a case for Neal but it might be a tad harsh

When you look at our front options its embarrasing. Only Aj is doing anything, JJ is perhaps a little too raw & still learning & the rest have never produced anything consistently.

 

The lack of meaningful forward options is down to one man & one man only...Page. He messed it up in the summer.

 

Not being able to beat 10 men on our big pitch, with a large amount of time left is frankly unacceptable.

 

Our inability to defend simple balls into our box...unacceptable

 

Lack of organisation at the back....unacceptable.

 

Our wingers should be streatching the 10 men & pulling them all over...unfortunately we dont seem to have any real threat from our wingers.

 

Not good enough today by a long chalk but wait for page & his usual post match drivel about statistics & lads giving him everything.

It was mentioned countless times during the summer, that Coke January our already weak striking options would be non existent. But we just got told that having four keepers and no strikers was perfectly normal. To think that the budget was spent before aj and jj were brought in makes the mind boggle.

When Page put on Daniel we were effectively down to 10 as well. Contributes nothing and his attitude for me means he is not fit to wear a Vale shirt. First off and into the tunnel says it all.

 

Should be Daniels not Daniel, as he performs a magic trick every week in drawing a wage as a professional footballer.
