While I agree with a lot of what Martin has to say. I believe if the board had listened to Mr Chaudry in the first place some of them may have held there place on the board albeit on a reduced status. Now though their positions are totally untenable due to their obstructive and dismissive attitude.

But are they any great loss? I was surprised by some of their ages, with the best will in the world time takes its toll, drive and enthusiasm wanes. Wisdom maybe there, but not everyone moves with the times, and embraces the new ways of communicating. Most people retire and take it easy ranting on the internet, or whatever they want to do. A younger board member could have given continuity, but now the chance has gone.

I agree 100% but if they wanted a degree of self preservation. That would/should have been their best stance.

at first i thought it was a good report but when you look at the comments of jiggery pokery and the rights of the directors having invested tens of thousands pounds , it makes me want to puke.

our board were like paramedics saving an injured person , they stabilised him and once stable should have handed him over for the major surgery required. they didnt and this has almost seen the patient die.

Bit extreme isn't it? Two comments that you don't happen to agree with and it makes you want to puke? I think it's a good article. The "jiggery pokery" comment is saying even if that had happened it would be irrelevant, and the comment at the end is simply posing a question to counterbalance the one man one vote part!

Good article, apart from the "jiggery-pokery"comment.

Therefore a bad article.

If I made a lovely cake and slipped a dog egg into it, you wouldn't say: "mmm lovely cake, shame about the dog ****".

You'd say, and quite justifiably, something like "what an awful cake!"

Poor article.
