I've said it before, but the abuse pro-board folk gets will not bring them any closer to the 'need for change' way of thinking. And it could well push some fence-sitting readers away.

A debate with anyone with a differing view should be seen as an opportunity to plant seeds of doubt into their way of thinking and maybe catch some on-looking fence sitters.

Abuse them and you'll just polarize them, and fence-sitters will be drawn to feel sympathy for the 'victim'
