Would it cost much to wall of the back 10 or so rows of the bycars so there is an area where the pitch is not visible so beer can be sold?

I agree. All this "that Oatcakes seller is better than that Oatcakes seller." I get that from my relatives when I am back in Stoke and my answer is - for us exiles - any Oatcakes from any outlet are more than acceptable!

There is the other kiosk in the bycars at the other end which isn't in direct view of the pitch, it's just never open because it didn't get much custom.

Finish the Lorne Street, make it the Family area and turn the whole of the current Family Stand into a bar with a big wall in front.

Just wondering, when I started going the vale in the late 60s they never sold alcohol , when exactly did they start to sell beers at vale park, suppose it's a sign of the times that a bottle has become as part of a match day as a pie and bovril. Seems lots can't go 2 hours without a beer

Well done to the chairman. Let's hope he gets some great implementable suggestions and time to get things right for the majority.

As a vegetarian I would definitely welcome more choice whether it be in terms of fillings in oatcakes, jacket potatoes, sandwiches and the types of pies and pasties that would potentially be sold. More of my money would go into the club rather than say at the Mothertown or oatcakes which I tend to get before the game from the oatcake shop on Hamil Road.
