Anyway, I look at it this way. If Micky Adams hadn't chucked in his own cash and joined the board, somone else would have.

 

But he hasnt, so before having a go at people get your facts right

 

And before you dismiss what I'm saying out of hand, notice that the point still stands. (And I though he'd agreed to purchase 50k of shares anyway).

sorry disagree,he only joined the board to get involved with strengthening OUR squad to compete next season,come on everyone we need some new players and what mickeys done has got us moving,would love a new millionaire chairman,but its not happened,lets get on with what we have got,right or wrong,we need promotion,lets let mickey give it to us,we all need better than what we have,UP THE VALE

 

couldnt agree more. we need new players thats why he has done what he has done. all these people slaggin him off when he hasnt done anything wrong yet makes me sick. Let him get on with buildin his team for the coming season thats all he wants to do.

Good luck Micky Adams Don't listen to the moaners. Build us a team to be proud of. Our player budget is as much as most other clubs in our league, so we have just as much chance.

The board needed to have 4 directors to allow them to rubber stamp their recent manoeuvres of share shuffling.

 

They knew that the majority of shareholders were going to be against most names of potential directors the board of 3 proposed.

 

So they tell MA that he's now restricted in his management and they have a cunning plan. MA gets sponsored onto the board and goes about his busines, forgetting the politics.....

The problem being that he has now unknowingly become part of the politics and has ultimately made sure this scum of a board remains in total control until the clubs death.

 

If MA resigned from the board today, the damage has already been done. The board of 3 ( and the ousted 2 ) have now strengthened their hand so much as so, that any future EGM would be pointless as they are now not answerable to shareholders.

 

MA has got the ability to sign again, but he's ultimately signed PVFC away from the fans indefinitely.

good point.... however the boards position would have been equally strengthened if mark sims instead of micky adams had joined them.Cant see why people dont grasp the basic facts ie... with micky on board its a 3-1 for the board to dictate.... with mark on board its a 3-1 for the board to dictate .... anyone else understand where ime coming from ...:(
