I'm not criticising him as a person, nobody should for what he's gone through, people however lose people very close to them regularly in harrowing circumstances, it happened to me 5 years ago.

 

The bottom line is he's simply not a good enough footballer for Port Vale, we've had plenty in the past and will no doubt have plenty in the future.

He's been cut slack, the season is 6 months old, I feel much empathy for the guy and hope he comes good but life has to go on. The playing staff see him in training every day so something must be wrong for him not to be bought on today/last game. This situation can't be allowed to go on much longer.

Quite right. If he's not right in training then why on earth is he even near the bench?? Which in itself is ridiculous as we all know Page won't play him. If he didn't give him game time last week against his old club who, as a pro it is hoped he'd be eager them what they were missing, or today when he thought it a brilliant idea not to make any changes, then if were you Byron old son, I'd be finding the quickest way to Chesterfield. Played at this level briefly??? Bizarre comment. He's in his eighth career season and all but three have been spent at this level. You're not very good at this wind up lark are you.

What stats are you looking at?? He's played nearly double the amount of games in League one than League two. How's he not proven? He's played over one hundred and fifty games at this level. How many of them games have you seen to form your opinion he's not good enough?

 

Shouldn't you be on the Oatcake revelling in your win yesterday instead of bothering us on here?
